RICO Clear Solubilizer is a solubilizing agent that acts as a surfactant and helps solubilize essential oils into water so that the ingredients can be mixed together. RICO Clear Solubilizer is PEG free solubilizer. While existing PEG solubilizing agent composed of ethoxy compounds has the risk of containing carcinogens and dermal stimulants in the synthesis process, RICO Clear Solubilizer doesn't include the 'PEG' components. With enhanced solubility, it can disperse essence, oil and fragnance in a wide range of pH.
